EACH PIECE IS HANDCRAFTED TO ORDER AND MADE SPECIFICALLY FOR YOU.

Please allow 3-5 business days for product to be made before shipment. Please note almost all pieces are hand made in our Barcelona or Dallas studio and shipped from either the United States or Spain.

USA SHIPPING

Once an item is shipped, we are no longer responsible. We do not refund for packages lost in transit. We are unable to refund or replace stolen packages or any un-retrieved packages that have been confirmed as delivered.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Duties and taxes are NOT included in the total at check out.

Our prices are not inclusive of any taxation or customs charges you may be liable for on your packages entry into your country. Please refer to your country's government website for more information.

La Isa Joieria is a United States based company. Once your parcel has reached the country from where the order was made we will no longer be able to provide status changes or tracking information.

Please ensure your delivery address is correct and secure: We are not responsible for items not received due to an incorrect or an incomplete shipping address. Items marked undeliverable due to an incorrect shipping address will be reissued if and when they are received back and will incur a re-shipping fee.

All pieces are made by hand with lots of love, care and time! Please allow 3-5 business days for product to be made before shipment. Pieces may appear differently from the items shown online.

Lost Packages : If your package gets lost in transit, we will do everything we possibly can to assist you. We are not responsible for packages once proof of delivery is generated.

Returns

IF YOU ARE UNSATISFIED WITH YOUR PURCHASE, WE’RE HAPPY TO ACCOMMODATE A RETURN WITHIN 14 DAYS. 

OUR JEWELRY IS DELICATE AND FRAGILE

We are happy to repair most manufacturing faults. Please fill out a contact form and add an image of your damaged jewelry to discuss possible options. Repairs will not be accepted after 365 days of its original order date.

Please follow our care guide for long lasting jewelry.

Production faults DO NOT include: chipped, cracked or broken pearls, shells or gemstones; general wear and tear including items that have been bent out of shape, twisted and snapped, oxidized or on which the plating is fading.

Please note customers will not be refunded for initial shipping costs and are responsible for all related shipping fee's for their return. We regret that we cannot be held responsible for anything lost or damaged in transit.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

Please note that all international duties and taxes are non-refundable and are already included in your order when checking out.
If you decide to place a new order, the cost of shipping will not be included and will have to be paid again.

All customers are responsible for all duties and taxes related to their return.

Exchanges

If you want to exchange an item of jewelry or clothing for different size, please fill out or contact form for an exchange within 14 days from purchase. Please note, we don't cover shipping costs for exchange orders.
